OUR PROGRAMS

 

CareyTown is a community where all of our little neighbors grow and learn during our state licensed programming, and we offer multiple programs to fit your child care needs. Our building is set up like a town or community where each classroom represents homes along the way and your students are valued community members. Whether it's our loving care for your littlest,  our full-fledged preschool programming, or our care for your before/after school student, our programs will provide the home environment and educational supports that they need to thrive while away from the home.

Infants

Our infant care is for our youngest neighbors, aged 6 weeks up to18 months old. We have two classrooms for this age group, the first is for ages 6 - 12 weeks and the second is for 12 - 18 months old. Our youngest neighbors are nutured in song, story, and nutrient.

Toddlers

Our next youngest neighbors are the 18 months to 3 year old group. We have three classrooms for this age group, including a classroom for children 18 - 24 months, one for

2 - 2 1/2 year olds, and one for 2 1/2 - 3 year olds. Our next youngest neighbors are also nutured in song, story, and nutrient.

Preschoolers

Our next to oldest neighbors are our 3 - 4 year old preschool students. We have four classrooms for this age group, including 2 classrooms for students aged 3 - 4 years old, and two classrooms for students aged 4 to 5 years old. All students in these classes must be pottytrained before moving to these classrooms. Our preschoolers are educated using curriculum that has been developed by our state to include standards that prepare our students for their arrival at Kindergarten, and includes play, song, and story to round off their learning. Breakfast, Lunch, and snack are provided.

School-Agers

Our oldest community members are our school-aged students. Starting with grade K, this age group includes students aged 5 - 12. We have two classrooms for this age group, and outside of school time includes breakfast or snack and educational reinforcement.
